When I pressed enter on the Focal Point program Peter mentioned, I was 
automatically given the download option.  Then, it was quite easy, using the 
media player commands of the Voice Sense, to quickly get to the part of the 
program to which Peter was referring.  But, here is the direct link for the 
download, anyway:
