With this option, if a carriage return were present, there would be nothing
on the display after that. It would b a toggle option of course.

I don't understand the need for such an option. You can already scroll
line by line. This works fine, if your document has hard returns at the
end of each braille line. The trouble is, I have discovered if the line is
longer than the display length, you will miss some words.
I don't like hard returns cluttering up my documents. They prevent you
from moving by line, sentence, or paragraph.
