Don't know, but you could with the braillenote MPower. Don't know about the Apex though.

With the bn, you could access the network and then connect with any pc on that network provided the pc security was set appropriately.

Hi Soph,

Unfortunately, the answer to your question is no. When connected to
your home network, you can only access the internet and not other
machines on the network.

If you want to access another machine, you need to use usb and possibly
bluetooth. I don't know about bluetooth really since I don't have
bluetooth services on my pc.

If you want to transfer files to and from the sense notetaker, use the
usb cable and connect it to your pc. The pc wil then see your sense
flashdisk as well as any memory cards you may have in your notetaker at
the time. Each of these will appear as a separate drive on your pc and
you would access files and do all the transfers from the pc end.

I was also hoping you could access pc's on the network from the
notetaker, but no go.

Hi there folks. After you've connected your Qwerty unit to your
network, is it possible for you or the Sense Qwerty to brows your
computer drive wile your PC is connected to your WiFi network, and for
the Braille Sense to play stuff on your computer's hard drive that
way? I don't know if I'm making myself clear, but is it possible to do
this? To play music on your computer's hard drive wile your computer
and Braille Sense are connected to your wifi network and add your
computer as another drive? Soph.

Well, we should badger GW Micro and the UK distributor, force ten, to
do that, because I think it will be a very useful thing to have in the
next couple of updates or indeed the next one. Soph.
