I forgot to mention that it also has a camera (5mp) built in, so you could run OCR on documents with this thing as well as everything else. I am not sure if it does video, but if it does, then the vOICe software (http://www.seeingwithsound.org) would work on it since there is an Android version. All in all there are a lot of possibilities, but again it seems like the Android version of a PacMate (though with much better hardware) and so it may not work as well, accessibility wise, as a machine like the bn.
