Try hitting the backspace key after you hit the backspace with O and hear Pocket PC.. Hitting it once should take you to Windows XP, and then hitting it a second time should bring you to Windows CE. Then, When you hear Windows CE, you can just press enter to save the change with the CE as your user agent.
