I got that same message the first time I tried to sign in, and I was using contracted Braille at the time. So, I changed to computer Braille, and I was then able to sign in okay, and could then even switch back to contracted Braille and sign in, as guess the note taker already switches to computer Braille for the sign in, anyway. I'm using a Voice Sense with version 5.5.
