After you press the enter W to start a new mail, press the shift
tab, which
is the space f3 to get to the list of accounts. Then press the
up or down
arrow key to select the desired account to send from. Then pres
the tab key
to get back to the address or TO field. Enter your address to
send to and
proceed as normal.

Peter, you know when you want to get your new messages and you do
a letter n with the Enter key? It asks you which account you want
to use. For instance, mine comes up with the option of
Earthlink. If you have more than one in that list, then, you
would do a space dot 4 to go through the list till you get to the
one you want to use.
Once you reach the one you want, press Enter.
