Using my Voice Sense, I've rarely gotten that error when browsing the web, but have gotten it a few times when trying to send an email. But, as has been said before, a reboot always does seem to fix things. Well, actually, regarding the unsent email, I first go into the sent items folder after rebooting and delete that unknown email that was trying to send. Then, I close and re-open the email program, and things seem to go fine afterward.
