Bob:

Make a text file, the contents of which consists of the
addresses you want
in the mailing list separated from one another by semicolons.
Then when you
want to send something to the mailing list, open the file
you've created
with the word processor, hit Enter+A to select all, then
Enter+C to copy to
the clipboard. Now open the email program and start the
message. Point to
the "To" field and hit Enter+V to paste in all the addresses.
Voila, you're
ready to proceed with the other mesage fields and send your
message to all
the recipients specified in the file.
