Hello, just so you know, GW Micro does not have final say in what programs go into the firmware. Since the Braille Sense OnHand is a very new device, its programs and firmware and setup are newer than existing hardware such as the Voice Sense and Braille Sense Plus. So this is why there are differences in hardware and software.
