Answering here regarding the US firmware, and I'll mention a couple of things. First, yes, the 2010 version of Sense NAV and the Sendero GPS for the Apex and other BN units both use the same 2010 maps. However, there was a paid upgrade to go from the 2007 to the 2010 version of Sense NAV. And, second, if you're not going to purchase the upgrade to the 2010, here is a link to a knowledge base article that Raul wrote describing how to install the 2007 maps on the 5.5 firmware:
