Hey Jeff, After installing Winamp 0.99U followed by Winamp Global, I notice the following issues:
1. Add or Remove Packages shows that Winampglobal is installed but Winamp 0.99U is no longer installed. 2. When Winamp is launched, it acts as though no scripts are running. 3. InstallPackages also indicates Winamp 0.99U is not installed. ----- Original Message ----- From: Darrell Shandrow To: [email protected] Sent: Sunday, August 10, 2008 8:06 PM Subject: Re: Winamp 0.99U is up ... Hey, Not sure if there's any way to fix this, but I think such an error may unduely confuse end users. :-( ----- Original Message ----- From: Jeff Bishop To: [email protected] Sent: Sunday, August 10, 2008 8:05 PM Subject: Re: Winamp 0.99U is up ... Yes, that is correct. ----- Original Message ----- From: Darrell Shandrow To: [email protected] Sent: Sunday, August 10, 2008 8:02 PM Subject: Re: Winamp 0.99U is up ... Hey Jeff, I installed the Winamp scripts 0.99U followed by Winamp Global. Was this the correct sequence? During the Winamp Global install process, I received an error indicating that some files were in conflict with the Winamp scripts. I pressed Yes to install them anyway. Was this correct? ----- Original Message ----- From: Jeff Bishop To: [email protected] ; [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Sunday, August 10, 2008 7:49 PM Subject: Winamp 0.99U is up ... Hello, Winamp 0.99U is up. Remove the existing package and then go get this new version. It is important to do it in this order. In addition, Winamp Global Scripts are now posted up on script central. Please get these and report your findings. Thanks everyone. Remember, the new hotkey is control+shift+f12 for the alarm hotkey. An update will be posted to allow you to update that hotkey in the future. Jeff
