Hey Jeff,

This brings up a wonderful feature request for the Winamp scripts. Could we
have a way to handle this updating issue without the need for manual
clicking?

A couple of thoughts
1. this might have something to do with your Winamp script being set
to check for updates. I admit that's entirely theoretical and it's
never occurred to me.
2. and the more likely explanation is that you have your Winamp
program to check for updates upon launch. When a new update is found
Winamp displays a notice which hides everything else. The only way to
exit Winamp in that situation is to point the mouse to the bottom
left corner of the active window and left and then right click the
mouse which should display a context menu where you can arrow down to
the exit option. Actually, arrowing up would get you there quicker.
You can switch off the update check from within the Winamp preferences
dielog.
