I would concur. The rating system, in combination with the comments section, provide a pretty good peer review already. I could easily add a combo box for providing the development status (beta, release, etc.), but I think it's ultimately up to the end user whether or not they want to install a script based on how well it's already doing. In addition, I think the forum interface is vastly underused and underrated. Each script has its own discussion forum, where additional releases can be provided and discussions can be had, at the very least.
