This script installs a desktop shortcut with Alt-Control-F4 as a hotkey to
kill the Window-Eyes process. It may be useful if Window-Eyes does not
close properly through a normal method.

The script looks for the Microsoft process kill utility in the user
profile folder, and if not found, prompts whether to download it and
create a desktop shortcut called Kill WinEyes. The shortcut executes a
batch file, KillWinEyes.bat, which calls pskill.exe with appropriate
parameters.

This script requires GW Toolkit 6.5 and Homer Shared Object 3.0 (or
above).
