Hi Darrell,

I also can't repro this with Skype 3.8 and WE 7 Beta 3. I get told the
caller's name when they ring. Are you sure you are not missing it when
Skype actually rings? I use a hardware synth so I wouldn't miss it, but it
may be drowning these software synths when Skype is ringing.

All the beste

Steve

Hello Jim,

Which version of Skype are you running? I am running 3.8. Skype is
configured correctly to allow Window-Eyes access and it automatically starts
each time my computer boots.

Hi I cannot reproduce this problem. When I get a call window-eyes reports
it quite nicely.

Do you perhaps not have skype loaded at start up? Try loading at start up
and see if this helps.

Subject: Knowing who is calling in Skype?

Hello GW Micro and all,

I'm just wondering if the issue with the Skype scripts is going to be
resolved where it is not currently possible to hear who is calling? If so,
will this resolution make the 7.0 release? It was nice to hear that
information in WE 7.0 Beta 1, but I haven't heard it in Betas 2 or 3.

Thanks,
