I have uploaded updates that fix reported bugs in the following scripts: Install Packages, Relaunch Window-Eyes, and Run at Cursor. Although Relaunch Window-Eyes should usually work, it relies on a Windows component called WMI that evidently is not available sometimes. A more reliable approach is to use the Kill WinEyes package and then relaunch with Alt-Control-W.
