I do have my Outlook configured for plain text email.  The script is
intended to work with HTML messages in browse mode as well, as
documented.  I don't know why it's not working for you.  If you get a
chance, send me a Harvest Window report of the active window at the
point where you would press Alt-Shift-R.  I know Rick had a problem
getting Harvest Window to run, but I haven't figured out the cause of
that yet (it runs reliably for me on different computers).
