Jamal,
Ok, now you will think I am crazy, but here goes!
The new template is not working.
I had both the new template and my old 2.2 loaded.
2.2 produced the dialog, but the new one did not.
I unloaded 2.2, and can't get  the dialog to come up.
I think I'll go and hide!
