Text Message 1.0

Press Alt-Insert-T for a dialog that lets you initiate a text message to a
mobile phone. The listbox contains names of about 150 U.S. and
international carriers. Pick one, and then enter the mobile phone number
in the edit box, without spaces or punctuation (e.g., 10 digits in the
U.S.).

The Default, Email button initiates a message with your default email
program, using an appropriate address for the carrier. Enter a subject
and body, then send the message.

The script remembers the last carrier and phone number used. It uses
templates for carrier addresses from the following web page:

The Complete List Of Text Messaging Email Addresses
http://www.emailtextmessages.com

Note that mobile addresses sometimes change; message formatting varies
among carriers; and reception costs depend on wireless plans.

This global script uses GW Toolkit.
