errors galore

hi all
I dont know what the problem with my system could be now, however when i try to 
change hotkeys for weatherornot, it appears to list the change but yet the 
error dialog comes up, and then the hotkeys are back to what they are by 
default.  
I checked for updates to both gwtoolkit and weatherornot, but none available.  
anyone else having problems with this?
