They are supposed to be *.wepm files.  When it asks you what to open it with
choose the radio button to look on your computer for a program, not the
internet.  Then find Window-Eyes in the list of installed applications and
press enter. You may have to press enter one more time to close all the
dialogs. I don't remember for sure.  If Window-Eyes does not show up there,
there is a browse button you can use to browse to the location where you
have it installed.
