Mmhmm, valid point. Nonetheless, last year I know Turbo Tax's online
incarnation, at least, was intuitive enough. I haven't begun to slay
that demon yet this year. *shudder* I doubt tax prep will hardly get the
most attention from the eye candy department anyway. Not the kind of
attention Google apps will get, and a lot of the time the more attention
from the Eye Candy department larger the headache.
Ah, don't mind me, I've been up all night jamming for school. *sheepish
grin*

Yeah but we know how some of those web based things can be too though.
How about inaccessible flash and other such garbage. Yeah, if done
right, a web based solution would be great. But take a look at the
Google Apps. Last time I looked, they weren't all that accessible
with our current web browsers; maybe that will improve in the near
future but til then...

I think the trend with these is less towards standalone applications
and more towards online service. In other words, I think you'll
probably find a browser-based service for filing taxes online that
supplies the best accessibility, because all is done within a
familiar environment--the web browser.

Hello since tax seson is coming upon us, I was just wondering which
one of the tax packages works really well with Window eyes and which
one are in the process of being scripted or may be scripted for the
future to be used with Window Eyes 7.01 or later versions of Window
eyes. I was just wondering since if there are already suggestions
for this one I should then not look around on the net for the words
tax applications and accessible applications and screen reader. I
was just wwondering if anyone who is in business has already started
this process or is working on a scripting project for tax programs
for completing taxes. I would appreciate any insights on this one.
