Jesse,
I will research the error message to derive possible causes. It is entirely
possible that all files were copied to your machine perfectly fine but that
some difference in your system configuration is causing the dll to not
load/initialize properly.

Actually, now that the diagnostic reporting is available, I have received one
other report with the exact same error message. so, you are not alone.

Subject: how is that so?

I semi-understand but how is it that everything supossedly is successfully
installed if some components didn't properly install i.e., the java bridge?
That being asked, am I the only one you've seen that's had the similar issues
as far as the java test results go and either way, what can be done on my end
for java to communicate with the win-eyes installer? As it stands now, its
acting like nothing for win-eyes was ever installed. Strange, strange and even
stranger!!
Jesse
