update to MS Word script: version 1.1

Hi all,
 
per request, I've added "page break before" and "right indent" to the
list of paragraph formatting attributes which are tracked and spoken.
 
also fixed a bug which could strike if Word failed to start properly, or
Windows or WE was shutdown during it's start.
