Kevin,

Is this not your script? If not, then you need to tell the author about the problem.

If it is your script, then welcome to the part of the development process called debugging. If you can provide snippets of the part of the code that you're having problems with, we can take a look, and provide some suggestions.

If you instead assume that we can download your script package, extract or install it, and read through your entire project with all of its idiosyncrasies, it may be some time before we're able give any kind of definitive answer.

Think about the process that you're taking to use the hotkey manager. What information does it require? What information are you giving it? If you try a basic, sample script that does nothing by give it one hotkey, does it work? If you then add multiple hotkeys, are you able to duplicate the process? And so on.

Hi Aaron:
I do not know what part of the code is in error, so I can only ask
somebody to go into the Script manager, highlight the ProofReading
script and look at the Hotkey Manager in Help And Options, then you'll
find the problem.
Then look at the Proofreading.ini file and find that all the hotkeys
and their descriptions are listed the way they should be.
Then look in the code at anything which determines what is listed in
the Hotkey Manager and see if you can find a problem.
I am sorry that I may be asking you to find the proverbial needle in a
haystack but I really don't know how to narrow it down any further.

Kevin,

Unless we have some actual code to go on, all we can do is guess.

Hi:
I have just noticed that there is a slight bug in my Proofreading Script.
In the Hotkey Manager, the eight hotkeys of the script are not listed
properly. For instance, the second hotkey name does not appear in the
list and the eighth hotkey name and description do not appear in the
list.
I have checked that the names which are listed in the Register Hotkey
section of the code are exactly the same as the names in the ".xml"
file and they appear to be, so I can't understand the problem.
