You don't want it in the list all the time because it is not a global
script. The only time it does anything is when those 3 buttons are
focused;
hence, that is the only time it will show up.
Did you get version 0.3 yet? Does the Control-Shift-S key work for you?

The script only shows up in the script manager displaying scripts by name
when I am in the advanced system dialog.
How do I get it in the list of scripts all the time?
