The script is just timing out when it tries to get shared objects from the toolkit. If you close and restart Window-eyes, it will probably run fine. This only causes a problem for me if I have a very slow startup on a network, or, as you say, when a new version of the toolkit is installed for the first time. Jeff Weiss
