Jim, This message comes up in Vista at times. In your case, it simply means the utility to install WE4Java to one or more java runtime environments did not launch automatically.
You should be able to complete the installation by going to the start Menu and then select the All Programs button and find WE4Java. From there, select the Install WE4Java to a Java Environment option. From: Jim Grimsby JR.
