In short, no. In long, yes: do an exhaustive search through browse-mode lines looking for a DOM element match.

Browse mode uses a combination of technologies and doesn't exist precisely in parallel with the DOM. It may be possible, however, in a future version of Window-Eyes once we have the opportunity to re-think how we do Browse mode.
