Richard, Watchtower Library is pretty much totally accessible with one small change. There is a file in the root of the installation CD called EnableAccessibility.reg. Merge this with the registry and WT will talk out of the box correctly with WE. I use it a lot. If he has any more questions he can e-mail me privately and I will try to help.
