Updates to Homer Shared Object, DbDialog, Install Packages, and IE Max

Thanks go to Chip Orange for contributing fixes to the database-related 
functions of Homer Shared Object -- functions used extensively by the 
DbDialog package (updating DbDialog, itself, is not necessary).

Install Packages now shows the Station Playlist Studio scripts (and any 
other packages that use the &#nbsp; HTML entity in their documentation). 
The parsing of package data for the dialog is also faster.

IE Max has a fix related to the storing of recent or favorite URLs.
