Yup, I could create my own. Just figured since the code for the regular one
with its formatting was already there that I could just hook it. I could rip
out the dialog code from the toolkit XML.

about box as a part of the standard help dialog? I know it's a button from
the SHD but wanted a way to display it separately to add a help menu to a
script.
