Good morning. I read each of the replies to my original message from last night. I think Mike Pietruk said it best when he wrote: "Well, I to am betting that this one ultimately gets resolved favorably."
That is 100% what I want, as well, and I am ready to work with Jamal in a collaborative manner regarding his script functionality. His talents and dedication to creating added functionality are stellar. This is very much in line with what Solona stands for: making it easier for screen reader users to solve captchas independently, quickly, and with minimal effort. I have reached out to Jamal, via email, and invited him to contact me directly. He has all my contact information. I have proposed a conference call to open the kimono and get everything on the table. It is crucial that we communicate about his script development so that we are all on the same page about Solona integration. Furthermore, the Solona API is continually getting upgraded and improved - another reason that we must communicate frequently about development and interfaces. As it has been alluded to by other people in the last 12 hours, there were issues with the authentication portion of the script. This, in fact, was the problem with the script that led to the confusion yesterday, in addition to the lack of prior collaboration about what exactly was being created and what it included. I've seen that Jamal is working on this and I'm sure the issues will be ironed out so that the script will work properly for users. I have much respect for Jamal and his contributions, and willingness to work with Solona. I look forward to a successful implementation and evolution of his script for Solona Captcha solving.
