remap capslock key suggestion

Hey all. one thing i noticed is the remap capslock script isn't consistant in 
all applications. it may work in one applicatio n but when someone changes to 
another, the capslock goes back to its regular function. will there be a fix 
for this. reporting this o n behalf of a friend who uses window-eyes.
