hot spot script doesn't work in skype.

hi,  the subject says it all.  the hot spot script does not work at all in 
skype you can add a hot spot when ever you press the key you define for said 
hot spot nothing happens.  the key is passed threw to the program.   for 
example find the chat edit box.  route the mouse to the cursor define a hot 
spot to click the left mouse button and speak a string.  now go back to 
contacts find some one you want to chat with hit space bar and then try your 
hot spot out.  nothing will happen.
