Hi all, I've released some scripts, and I seem to be having problems with some people whos scripts are crashing because the enumerated constants for the MS Word object model are not being loaded for them. Experience has shown me that this evidently can take some extra time, so I have code testing for this, and waiting until a test constant shows up as having a value. still, I'm getting other constants as being undefined errors.
the most frequent reports come from non-english users if that has any bearing? I was wondering though, can anyone tell me what's going on with the loadClassInformation command? is it possible for some constants to be loaded and not others? or is it possible for them never to be loaded? even though these users have the same version of Word as I do, I cannot reproduce their errors. thanks for any help with this.
