Your not with that command. That command is a toggle. To get announcements spoken outside of Winamp you need to use the Winamp Script Preferences dialog to turn that feature on.

Hi Jeff,

Using alt plus shift t toggles through the various title speaking options.
Seems like at one time I had winamp announcing said info even when winamp
was not the active application.  did I dream this?  Or am I just having
trouble getting to it again?
