Hello,

You cannot find this folder because it does not exist as a folder. It can be
thought of as a list of e-mails collected from all other, designated,
folders.

In your list of folders, navigate to "search" and then expand it. This can
be done by doing a <right arrow> You should find your list of unread e-mails
in there.

Subject: Where in the world is my Unread mail folder in Outlook 2003?

Hi,

For years now, when I open Outlook '03 focus in on the first item in the
Inbox list.
I shift plus tab to the navigation pane and press the letter U and ffocus
jumps to the Unread
-- Mail folder where I press enter and then tab to unread mail folder list
all all unread messages are neatly displayed in their respective folders.

After doing a bit of housekeeping and deleting a bunch of unused folders, I
am no longer able to find my Unread Mail folder. I was careful about
deleting, but check the deleted items folder anyway. all the folders I
intended to delete were there, but not my Unread Mail folder.

Any ideas?

Thanks very much.
Sincerely,
Donald E. Bowen, Jr.
