Wunderground.com, as do most such sources, use publicly available 
reporting stations.  Hence, the accuracy, or lack thereof, lies at the 
source rather than the distributor.  If I had to guess, you are likely, in 
this case, picking up some observer rather than an official NWS or airport 
reporting station.  This is the equivalent of driving by the local 
Walgreens or CVS, looking at their thermometer, and then judging the 
outside temperature by that.  If it seems wrong, it likely is.  Reporting 
equipment must be properly installed and placed; and such equipment, in 
these kinds of instances, may or may not be.
However, the problem is not with Wunderground but rather with the 
reporting source which may be used by many services.
