Jennifer,
I updated my copy of Miranda IM to 0.9.2 yesterday, and the scripts
still read incoming messages. The upgrade I downloaded from the website
didn't prompt me to keep classic options. I would recommend talking to
whoever created your preconfigured copy as there is probably something
there that is causing the scripts to function incorrectly. All reports
I've received thus far have been that they work as expected in the
official 0.9 builds from www.miranda-im.org.
Regards,
Steve

if you have other settings to recommend let me know
just remember with the latest version you have to select the classic
options, I dont know why it wont set it permenantly.
I closed the program earlier meant to see if reloading the program
would help but i doubt it. I have a ton of plugins gotten from other
pre-configured setups. mine is installed to my hard drive stuff like
remove personal settings and stuff like that.
history sweeper crash dumper stuff like that.

Which chat plugin are you using? SRMM, TabSRMM, and Scriver should
all work. I plan to upgrade to 0.9 later this afternoon and can
look more extensively then.

I updated my miranda and re-installed the scripts after a system
restore.
I am having an issue with message history.
enabled the right plugin checked the show names in the message
logging preferences.
turned off time stamps.
I have only one plugin for sending and receiving messages c
checked the one indecated in the help file.
Its not automatically reading messages as they are sent either.
Not sure if its just the new build of miranda.
I think its 0.9.02 or somethin like that.
you have to always switch the options to classic so far no info
on how to save that.
I may go dig up an old version.
I cant script myself and i am wondering if they changed something
in miranda itself.
Not sure if people are having this issue. My cpu usage has been
down a bit though its not sucking resources like a fish but this
is slightly annoying.
Just slightly I mean i like easier access but shift tabbing helps
me read back but still.
Please tell me there is something i can do.
I have a couple preconfigured versions but the one i use is
patched together with some plugins from those and of course the
plugins from miranda.
I have the contact list plugin everything works but the issues
with the message history and auto-reading.
Who knows what may of been changed in miranda though. I wonder
if i cant get ahold of someone.
