This should no longer be an issue (or should be an issue much less of
the time) with the newest version of this script (1.4.5, just posted).

I remember the error now. This is a known issue. The work around is to
delete the script from the script manager, restart Window-Eyes, then
remove through the Add/Remove Packages. I think we know of a way to
mitigate this problem in the future. I'll work on an update.

Got the same message, that I had to close down all scripts, or rather
that they needed to be closed, whatever that standard message goes. I
pressed Yes, to let it do its job. Then, got an error message,
telling me the script could not install, due to it not being able to
overwrite some files. This behavior came around, a couple of updates
ago. Considering to give up on that whole script, if it cannot even
update. Using the InstallPackages to get, and install, new scripts
and versions.
One work around, that I did find - last time I had luck in updating
the Framework script - is to download the .wepm file manually, then
run it directly from windows Explorer. Yet seems odd to me, that
you'd have all the other scripts on sC work fine, when comes to
updating; only this one script is all that tricky. And, since it
requires the user to close all other scripts, I don't see that it
would be out of chance to update whatever files it needs. Have a
feeling, that somehow there must be a bug in the script, or there is
a timing issue, somewhere.

Jeff,
I received the same message when trying to install on my Windows
7 64-bit system. There must be something wrong with the script
package.

I was able to install this script on my xp machine with no problem;
However, when I went home and attempted to install on my Vista
home basic SP2 machine, the script would not install.
I got a message saying to stop all scripts and try to install.
This did not work.
Has anybody else seen this on a vista machine?
Any suggestions appreciated.
