Hi Bruce,

I'll be posting the class and the examples file shortly. the homework
assignment was to generate an app using WEScriptFramework, and take the last
example from last week which had the notepad duplicate window warning
message (the one which did not rely on a dictionary object, but which
checked the currently open windows), take this example's code and insert it
into the app you generated, so it should become a fully functional working
app, doing something useful, and having all the bells and whistles we've
come to expect in an app (WEScriptFramework will provide all this): a help
dialog, a menu entry in the apps menu with a help choice, info on the app's
description and version and release date, etc., which will be displayed in
the app manager, or in it's help dialog or about dialog, etc.

you (meaning anyone), may not understand everything the WEScriptFramework is
doing; that's fine; just see if you can figure out how to integrate the code
from the example into it's generated app.

If you have any problems or questions, email me your problem files, but
you'll need to give them a .txt file extension don't forget.

Chip

Hi Rick and Chip,

I had a complete failure of my notebook and did the stupid thing of not
backing up the last month. But fired up my old Tower and had to install
everything for use and initially had the sound problem, but it does not like
Direct Sound for Team Talk.

I did manage to listen to most of the class and was interrupted in the
homework assignment, so Chip a text version would be helpful.

I have most of the stuff downloaded and ready to go on the old computer.
Will let you know if any problems.

        Bruce

diferent. Is anyone on TeamTalk for Chip's class?
