i see. the notification is wrong as far as i am concerned.
instead of going to the add remove apps go to the get app and let it
download the app list.
this is where it will tell you which app is out of date.
but you will open the view pull down here and check outdated apps then press
f5 to refresh the screen.
then it will show the ones you have installed that are out of date.
it is the quick startup wizzard that is out of date. but the barcode scanner
will say it is out of date if you have it installed even after it is
updated. there is a bug in this one.

When you get that message, just tab and update it from the message.
You don't need to go to App Manager to do it. It will go away after
that, because you have done the update.

to day the app update message keeps comeing up telling me one or more
of my apps have a update.
but none of my apps have a update available so whats going on?
i have gone through all my running apps and none of them have a update.
the one for the bar code reader was installed and it kept comeing up
in the list for updateing every time. even after it was updated. the
installed package has the same 2.00 version on the current and update
version. it won't go away so i uninstalled it. but the update notice
still comes up every time i reload w e.
