Sub onPopupTipCreate(win As WindowEyes.window)

In the example from scripting class 10, I tried to run this script, but
got an error on the following line:

 

Sub onPopupTipCreate(win As WindowEyes.window)

The error was expected ')'  at column 26.

What should be different in this line?
