Hi!

David is correct for in all cases that I am aware of except in SAPI 4 days,
the volume was always a value from 0 to 100% in using percentage and not left
verses right channel balance. SAPI 4 used a channel for balance, but all others
as I have known, including Python, use 0 to 100 percent as the value for volume.

So, as in the case of this kit, there also using Python scripting for there
values, I would assume that percentage is always going to be used, so 0 to 100
percent is the range to use.

Test to see, if it is greater than, or equal to, zero.

  Steve and others,

I just realized that the audioKit starts using ID numbers beginning with the
number 0, 1, 2 etc.

I sometimes couldn't get the first item to play because I was testing to see
if it were greater than 0.

I need to take that test out, and only using the IsValid, or IsPlaying tests.

Have you figured out a was to adjust the volume that won't add error lines to
the log file?

  Thanks,
