I have had the We4Java app installed on my PC for a while. Ever since I upgraded to WE7.5.1, I seem to have no more effect by the app.
For instance, when I go to ControlPanel in Windows, and here open the Java ControlPanel, I used to be able to work the screen by help of We4Java. It even used to give me a sound feedback, that it was activated. Now, when going to the Java controlpanel, there is no such beeping sound, and no speech will work, except from reading the title bar of the window. Not much help in. Thing is, I wanted to perform a couple of maintainences in the Java panel. Like deleting the cache, and also checking for updates. Used to be no problem, first the app was installed. Does anyone else have any success in running the app, under WE7.5+? OK, so I thought there might have been some trouble on my system. I uninstalled Java, and I uninstalled the We4Java app. Then reinstalling both, after a reboot of my PC. Still, I am out of luck in using the app. In the App menu, it does show up as running. A pity, since without that app running, I don't know any other way of operating any Java screen. And, I need to do so, to log in on my bank, so it is rather a setback.
