Hello if you turn off the graphic option in eset, it works fine with window eyes 7.5.2 as I have used it and I have had version 5 for over 4 or so months and no issues I can get to all of the menus and structure of the program. It takes a bit of figuring things out with the mouse but you can figure it out if you have been a long user of window eyes. Take care.
