Rick,
You have to use our web page:
http://www.gwmicro.com/Support/Email_Lists/
to sign up to any list. On this page each and every list is described.
I think this makes it very clear what list is for what.

Hi Doug:
You could just name them accordingly?
WEAppDevelopers or WEAppUsers or something to that effect?

GW Micro is pleased to announce a new email list: GW-Apps.
GW-Apps is specifically designed for discussions related to
all GW Micro and Window-Eyes Apps.
If you have questions, suggestions, or comments about a
Window-Eyes app, or a GW Micro program such as GW Skype, the
GW-Apps email list is the best place to make your voice
heard, and get support from both GW Micro staff and other
users like yourself.
You can sign up for this list, and all other GW Micro lists,
at http://www.gwmicro.com/listserv.
Enjoy!
