Hi Dave,
I have not tested my fix for goldwave on any other machine other than my window
7 64 bit machine, so it was perhaps a little flippant for me to say to it was
easy. I have fixed goldwave on my 64 bit laptop, and even added further
functionality,  and it works for me. However, if I were going to release the
script I would have to further test the script across other platforms which I
haven't done. I am IT team leader for a small user lead group of blind computer
users and we have XP machines, so I am going to take the script today and test
it on an win XP machine. As for Vista, I have no intensions or no way of
testing it. I'll bet back to you once I have tested the script on a win XP
machine. All so there's a grave difference in writing afew scripts for myself
and thurghly enjoying teaching myself windo-eyes scripting, but another
stepping up in to the big league and releasing ascript for other window-eyes
users.
Warm regards.
Martin Webster.

Well, as there is quite a few who would be affected by
the update, since we are many Goldwave users, I guess there will
be a number of requests for an updated version of the script.

Hi there, would you be able to write the script for me and attach
it as you have updated it? Since the author has disappeared from
the scripting the archives I think it's ok to sign it yourself I
cancall gw if u like and ask
